Mills Park
Mills Park offers a range of recreational amenities to enjoy, fro picnic tables to a miniature railroad to an outdoor fitness center. Skateboarders and in-line skaters can use the on-site skateboard park if they are earing helmets, knee pads and elbow pads. An indoor/outdoor aquatic center is also on the grounds.

Carson City Fairgrounds
The Carson City Fairgrounds contains a rodeo arena, 60 stalls for animals, an exhibit hall and many other areas for community events. Also on the property is Fuji Park, which is made up of plenty of green space with benches, picnic tables, shelters and restrooms.
