Northern Nevada Children's Museum
Providing a fun learning experience through hands on exhibits is the goal of the Northern Nevada Children's Museum in Carson City. More than 25 displays are available in the 8,000 sq ft (740 sq m) facility. The center is open to childing Tuesday through Sunday from 10am to 4:30pm.

Warren Engine Company Museum Carson City
Located at Carson City's Fire Station No. 1, the Warren Engine Company Museum displays some of the original equipments previously used by firemen in this city. Displays ranges from fire trucks from 1912, to antique uniforms and alarm systems. Operating hours: 1-5pm weekdays, free admission.
